What do we do at Green Trekkers? Our work revolves around as a booking agent for climbing Mount Kinabalu and exploring Gunung Mulu National Park

Green Trekkers act as a booking agent for climbers intending to scale this majestic mountain. Our staff have first hand experienced climbing the mountain and hence is able to provide information and advise on how to prepare for the climb. We match climbers' desired climbing dates with the availability of accommodation at Laban Rata. Being a UNESCO site, there is a limit to the number of climbers allowed to climb per day so as to protect its sensitive natural surroundings. 

as for Mulu Caves, our package revolves around matching customer's desired date to travel to Mulu, advising on the suitable accommodation and to provide guided tour services in Mulu National Park. Mulu's main attraction is the 4 showcaves (Deer, Lang, Wind and Clearwater Caves) and Pinnacles . Climbing Gunung Api to view the Pinnacles that stand some distance opposite the peak of Gunung Api.

cooking is such a nice human activity to do, expecially when you do the cooking with people you love so much. It's an effort everybody puts in. You sweat, stand the heat, prepare the ingrediants, before putting everything in one piece and enjoyed it together when everything is done. It's also something you do that simbolises intimacy, something you do just to get the chance to talk to each other while you have been busy away with work. People don't really need a holiday. Cooking a meal together with family members getting involved is a holiday, an inexpensive, valuable holiday.

My cooking skills weren't good. Many had tought me how to cook. More like giving me a chance to learn as I watched them busying around in the kitchen. Sometimes i tend to help out a little, hoping to gain some skills from them. But I never had a chance to cook with a friend, from what he tought me how to cook, I can tell that he can cook well too. There are few guys around that still can help around the kitchen. Anyway there is this kind of soup called ABC.. hm...who the hell thought out the name I ain't sure. But it's indeed my favourite soup. I used to love it when i was a child, but I never knew the name, untill the day he told me....

i had experienced back pain this year january 2004, but it somehow got to a right position where the kidneys are situated... i am not sure if the kidney has malfunction or is it just the muscle pain... everytime i move my back it hurts... so does my neck and shoulder... it is somehow linked together... stiff, pain uring damp whethear.....

dancing class today sucks.... many new members keep coming in and out and we had to change our position here and there.... its just not serious and learning is slow

shit....! this morning when i woke up at six thirty and switched on the toilet lights, a big fat rat ran out pass me....i thought my soul just jumped out from my body! freaking me out!

sien sien....feel so sleepy after eating some crabs meal i cooked on my own...its so boring to coook for yourself alone....meaningless......
